What's the schedule for Vendors?
FRIDAY, MAY 15:
Exhibit Hall setup begins at 8am Friday and must be completed by 3pm
Cocktail party and Axe Throwing in Exhibit Hall begins at 4pm and ends at 7pm, so plan to be in your booth
SATURDAY, MAY 16:
Exhibit Hall Open 12-4pm
7pm Dinner and Awards Followed by a DJ with Karaoke, Auction, and More
SUNDAY, MAY 17:
8AM until 11:30: Breakfast and Exhibit Hall
Teardown begins at 11:30
How do I sign up for WiFi and Electricity?
If they just need basic power ran to their table they just need to select the 5amp Single Phase Service option, they do not need to request additional power strips or extensions, that service comes with one of each already, that section is if they need additional power strips or extensions.
They will have up until 72 hours prior to the event to purchase items.
If they request just one connection for Wi-Fi that will cover multiple devices.
Exhibitor pricing cannot be discounted or changed, this is done through Encore exhibitor services, not our onsite equipment
All exhibitors will be able to order and pay for their a/v needs direct through that portal. If you have any other questions, or if I can be of further assistance, please let me know.
Can I bring a pawnbroker as a part of my team?
Exhibitor passes are intended for only legitimate members of your team. If you'd like to bring clients as a Brand Ambassador, then you may purchase their ATTENDEE ticket as Pawnbroker Attendee (Brand Ambassador) – $225. For security reasons, only exhibitors will be allowed in the exhibit hall during non-exhibit hours.
